My FitQueen Training Method
I have been experimenting with and perfecting my training methods for over 8 years. This has allowed me to discover the most effective methods that are proven to get the best and fastest results for women, while also having fun.
My challenges are always different, each round the workouts are brand new - so you will never get bored on my program.
The challenge workouts are specifically designed for women, focusing on problem areas like legs, glutes and your stomach while still paying enough attention to your other body parts. It's important to train all muscle groups to achieve a well balanced and nicely sculpted feminine look.
I have poured my heart into my work and it makes me incredibly happy to see women from all over the world making healthy changes and getting long lasting results using my programs.
What's the training guide like?
With this challenge you'll receive both home and gym guides as standard - no need to choose! I find this makes it easier to fit into your busy schedule, as you can swap between home and gym workouts as needed.
You'll need some equipment if you choose to workout from home! I recommend:
- Light Dumbbells (5-15lbs)
- Resistance Bands (minis + long) - if you don’t already have bands you can order them via the button below
- Chair (or something similar)
Workout Guide Info
- There are workouts 6 days per week. You do not have to complete all 6 days, however I recommend at least 4 for best results.
- At least 1 rest day per week is mandatory.
- 40-50 minutes per session.
- No additional cardio is needed.
- Our ‘My Day, My Way’ feature gives you the ability to customize your training and work on your lacking body parts. For example, if you wish to give extra attention to your glutes or shoulders, you will be able to do just that.
- Video demonstrations and written instruction are provided with each and every exercise to ensure perfect form.
- Easy to follow online platform.
You do NOT have to give up your favorite foods during this challenge. In fact it is important to include them into your meals because that is the only way to stay on track long term. I'm here to show you that you can keep eating the foods you love and still lose weight.
- Personalized Meal Plan to suit your body type, needs and goals.
- I can cater for your dietary requirements (Vegan, Dairy Free, etc).
- Complete Meal Plan with Macros - so you can choose to follow the detailed meal plan, or if you’re experienced with tracking you can follow the macros provided.
- Meals are simple, quick and easy to prepare. They are foods the whole family can enjoy!
- Food Swap Table - with this helpful tool you’ll never have to eat the same foods and get bored.
- Check In - I will monitor your progress and after 3 weeks adjust your Meal Plan if needed.
You must change your thoughts if you want to change your body.
To be successful with your new healthy lifestyle, you need to make changes in both your head and heart. You must train your mind, just like you train your body.
In this section of your challenge I share the exact tools I use daily that have helped me stay consistent and reach my goals. If you can improve your mornings, your mind and your daily habits your potential will truly be LIMITLESS.
Remember, it is not what we do once in a while that brings change, but what we consistently do day in and day out (when we feel like it and especially when we don't). That's where our daily habits come into play.
