What does this Program include?

- WORKOUT GUIDE: 4 weeks worth of short, sharp, intense HIIT workouts that are specially targeted so you burn maximum calories in minimum time.  I totally understand that you don't want to be spending hours in the gym at this time of year.

- RECIPE BOOK: I have not included a Meal Plan with this program. Why? This is unnecessary pressure at this time of year.  Instead I have given you healthy versions of the best festive recipes, including Mains, Sides & Desserts.  Implement these clean, nutrient dense recipes with the 80/20 rule, and you're on track for success this festive season.

- MY TOP TIPS: I've put together my Top Tips on how to shift your mindset & stay on track, so you don't undo all of your hard work and start January feeling sluggish and out of shape.

The best part about my FIT IN 30 workout guide is that you will require minimal time and minimal equipment to complete these workouts.  These workouts are designed to be smashed out in 30 minutes (either at home or in the gym), and all you need to complete them is Dumbbells and Resistance Bands.

That means the workouts are perfect to do with your family, on holidays, or just when you are short of time.

This Program Includes

Flexible Workout Plan

You’ll receive a 4 Week Training Guide, complete with 6 daily workouts per week. These workouts can be completed at home or in the gym - the choice is yours!  All you'll need is Dumbbells & Resistance Bands to complete these workouts. This workout plan is designed to be completely FLEXIBLE! You can use it stand alone, or on top of your current workout program. Mix and match your favourite workouts to suit you. Can only make 3 workouts per week? No problem! Choose your favourite 3.

Video Demonstrations

Your program includes video demonstrations I have filmed of me performing each movement in your training plan, so you can complete your program feeling confident in your form. These demonstrations include exercise cues & descriptions, and are high quality 4K videos.
