ANYWHERE, ANY TIME: this 6-week workout guide gives you all the benefits of Hot Queen Summer, but on YOUR schedule! 

 

WHAT’S NEW:

The main goal of this guide is to SCULPT & SHAPE your entire body, while focusing on creating that hourglass shape by putting EXTRA emphasis on glutes, shoulders, back and abs!

We will be utilizing a variety of rep ranges, intensity techniques and movement patterns.

It's a 5 day split program (2 lower body + 2 upper body + 1 full body)

Of course if you can't commit to 5 days there is flexibility to adjust as needed to fit YOUR schedule.

You can workout anywhere between 3-6 days/week during this program.

The program is split into 3 Phases, each Phase is 2-weeks long. Each Phase will bring a brand-new routine with lots of new exercises, new techniques and fun finishers to keep you excited and challenged at the same time.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • No official start date, you can start on YOUR schedule! 
  • You DO NOT have to workout everyday - workouts are adaptable between 3-6 training days
  • Duration: 6-weeks
