FIT QUEEN FOR BEGINNERS vs FIT QUEEN 1.0 

Hi babes! I hope you’re having a great week so far.
Something that’s been requested a lot in my FitQueen Community forum on Facebook, is a comparison of the Beginner vs Fit Queen 1.0 Challenge Workouts.

Some ladies aren’t sure which program would be best for them, and to make choosing a Challenge easier for you – I’ve put together a comparison!

The following workouts are pulled directly from my Challenge eBooks, so you can get an insight into what will be best for you. I’ve shared a Legs/Glutes + Full Body workout from each guide, so you can go over both and see which you prefer!
I’ll post the workouts, and a brief explanation of each below. Please note: Some of these movements may be unfamiliar to you. That’s totally fine! With my Challenge, you’ll receive exclusive access to my video library – where I have demonstrated exactly how to perform each movement. BEGINNER WORKOUTS

These workouts are from my Fit Queen for Beginners program. You’ll notice these are challenging workouts, but using exercises that are fairly easy to get your head around – and in rep range/volume that is achievable for a beginner.

Single Leg Thrusts

 
This workout is made up of 8 different movements, with a moderate reps and moderate volume. You’ll complete the workout in Supersets, which are two movements performed together alternatively.

This workout combines a variety of full body movements. From Set A1 – B2, you’ll complete the allotted reps. For the final Set (C1 – C4), you’ll use a timer to complete 3 seconds of each exercise, with 10 seconds rest in between each. This will be challenging!
 

FIT QUEEN 1.0 WORKOUTS

These workouts are from my Fit Queen Challenge 1.0 workout plan. These workouts include many complex, compound movements that are designed to really push you to your limits!

You’ll notice this workout includes a variety of movements – you have glute isolation, lower body compound movements plus a plyometric movement as well. This workout will raise your heart rate, push you to your limits and burn out your legs & glutes!
 
FULL BODY CIRCUIT

Complete as a Circuit, aim for 3 rounds. Can be done at Home - requires Dumbbells only.

This workout is a circuit, so you’ll move through each set consecutively once, performing the allocated reps – and that will become one “round”. The aim here is to move fast, push hard and really work up a sweat!
